As an Assistant Prosecutor from 2009 to 2014, Erica handled a wide variety of criminal cases and participating heavily in the Kanawha County Juvenile Drug Court Treatment Team. In private practice, she has appeared multiple times before the West Virginia Supreme Court of Appeals and circuit court.
